You can delete your Dookie Deluxe account and everything in it at any time. Here's exactly how, and exactly what happens to your data.
Delete it yourself, in the app
Takes about ten seconds and happens immediately — no request, no waiting.
- Open Dookie Deluxe and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. That's it — your account and every entry are erased.
Can't get into the app?
If you've already uninstalled, lost access to your sign-in, or would simply rather we did it, email us from the address your account is registered to with "Delete my account" in the subject line. No other information is needed.

What gets deleted

What we keep, and for how long
Nothing personal is retained after deletion. The only exception is records we are legally required to keep — for example, if you bought a subscription, our payment provider retains the transaction record for tax and accounting purposes, typically for up to 7 years as required by law. Those records contain billing information only, never your health entries.
Deleted data may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire and are overwritten. It is not accessible or used during that period.
